What did we do?

We allocated Megatrans a dedicated team to execute the new version of their monitoring product. Megatrans is a company providing satellite monitoring of fleets, focused on B2B business.

We were able to develop the web version of the monitoring application by using modern development technologies as well as migrating clients from the desktop legacy version to the web

The challenge

Finding the key professionals in order to advance with the development of the new version of the client's monitoring product. Our client's in-house team could not cope with the workload since they were busy maintaining their platform functional.

What had they tried previously and what was our proposal?

Our client had tried to resolve the issue with their in-house team to no avail. For this reason we proposed allocating a dedicated team focused on developing the new version using Angular 9 as well as docker containers for orchestration, allowing for deployment automation.

Developing a solution

A squad was created with 1 Project Manager, 3 Developers, 1 Functional Analyst, 1 UX/UI Designer and 1 Quality Analyst. Work priorities were established with the client and a product roadmap was created which was later developed in sprints.
